In order to provide better service to our valued customers, Ingenuity Diamonds provides free shipping services for orders in the United States.

Delivery & Shipping
Delivery Time= Processing Time + Shipping Time
All Ingenuity Diamonds items are made-to-order. For every piece in our collection, the estimated processing time is listed on the product page. Add the processing time to the shipping time for an estimate as to when you will receive your order.
Processing Time
Processing time varies based on order.
Regular orders are expected to take 5-7 working days to prepare.
Custom orders need to be designed and produced according to the customer's requirements, so the processing time will be confirmed with the customer via email.
Shipping Time
Once your order is shipped, it is expected to take 2-5 working days to complete delivery.
Delivery Partners
We use trusted delivery companies such as FedEx, UPS, and USPS for all our shipments.
Track Your Order
We make it easy for you to know how soon you can expect the delivery of your product. All orders are scheduled to ship on or before the expected shipment date shown in the order confirmation. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number.

1. Check by entering the tracking number in 17Track. For inquiries, please click 17Track.
2. Inquire by entering the order information or tracking number in Ingenuity Diamonds. For inquiries, please click Track Your Order.
Please Note
·We require a signature for delivery of all orders.
·We will ship only to a physical home address or business address. We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.
·Shipping addresses cannot be changed after an order is placed for security purposes.
·Once an order is placed, we are unable to re-direct the package to an alternate address for any reason.
·FedEx will generally make three (3) attempts to deliver your package. After the third attempt, it will be delivered back to Ingenuity Diamonds. ·We will contact you to determine the next steps.
·Risk of loss and title of the item passes to you, the customer, upon our delivery to the carrier.
·We are not responsible for shipping delays due to inclement weather, carrier delays, incorrect address, or updated address information.

Orders from other countries or regions require corresponding shipping charges. We will communicate the specific charges with you via email.
Custom Charges And Duties
For all international shipments, customs processes, and import duties are the customer's responsibility; please check with your local customs office for information.
