Warranty Policy

At Ingenuity Diamonds, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products, and we want you to feel confident in your purchase. This Warranty Policy outlines the terms and conditions of our product warranties to ensure your satisfaction and peace of mind. The warranty period is one year from the time you receive your order.

One Year Warranty

Ingenuity Diamonds offers a one year warranty against all manufacturing defects for all order.

If you believe your piece is damaged, please get in touch with us for details on how to ship the item back to our quality control team for inspection. Shipping costs for both-way shipments of your item will be charged to you.

Upon inspection, if a warranted issue is found, Ingenuity Diamonds will repair the warranted damage or replace the item without any costs to you. Such repairs include metal shouldering, setting of loose stones, prong tightening and cleaning service.

We are unable to warrant items that have previously been repaired, resized or polished by someone other than Ingenuity Diamonds, replacement of lost or missing diamonds, normal wear and tear of items from regular use and discoloration of metal caused by chemicals and make up.

If an issue that is not covered under our warranty policy is found, we will share a price quotation for your approval for such repairs before any work begins.

Some examples of common jewelry issues that would not be considered manufacturing defects include:

· The discoloration of precious metals caused by chemicals, make-up, immersion in pools and hot tubs, or bathing.

· Precious metals, and especially prongs, wear down over time and may require restoration work as part of normal wear.

· Prongs catching, wearing out, or bending over time due to everyday wear or normal damage, allowing a gemstone to fall out.

· The loss of a gemstone caused by damage from everyday wear or from other damage.

Adjust Ring Size

You can have the ring size adjusted once for free within one year of receiving the ring.

Please note:

1: The ring adjustment is free, but you will be responsible for the round-trip shipping cost. We do not assume any responsibility for any problems that may occur during shipping.

2: Most ring styles support size adjustments, but Eternal Rings cannot be resized. Please try to determine the ring size before purchasing. If you need assistance, please contact our customer service.

3: After the resizing process, your ring may become slightly lighter or heavier, which is a very minor change.
